Japanese Picture Window, Sevenoaks

Project Location: Sevenoaks, Kent

Client Brief: Our design brief for the landscaping was unique and specific - “a Japanese picture window” - simple and calming. The garden needed to blend seamlessly with the architecture rather than draw attention away from it. A simple planting palette was requested to add verdant interest and texture. Established Acers & birch trees were sourced to link to the proportions of the house and surrounding grounds, whilst also connecting to the borrowed landscape of dense established woodland.  

Products Used: Torc Pots, Majestic Trees, CED Boulders, CED Boulder benches. 

Soft Landscaping works completed by Verde Landscapes. The client commissioned the talented team at Tye Architects to design this exceptional and unique property and the vision was expertly brought to life built by Klimstar.
