As part of the Home and Garden Hub, delivered in partnership with the Society of Garden and Landscape Designers (SGLD), sharing practical insight and inspiration for homeowners and design professionals alike.
“Rooms with a View”, takes place on Monday 1 May at 2.00pm and explores how to create strong vistas, sightlines and focal points in gardens that are fully or partially enclosed. While some spaces benefit from views beyond their boundaries, many do not, and this session will share proven design ‘tricks of the trade’ that can transform claustrophobic or overlooked gardens into layered, engaging spaces full of tension, mystery and surprise.
