“Rooms with a View” explored how to create strong vistas, sightlines and focal points in gardens that are fully or partially enclosed. While some spaces benefit from views beyond their boundaries, many do not, and this session shared proven design ‘tricks of the trade’ that can transform claustrophobic or overlooked gardens into layered, engaging spaces full of tension, mystery and surprise.
