Verdant Planting, Tunbridge Wells

Our clients had created a new terrace extension which provided a lovely new aperture onto the garden, inspiring the clients to engage our services to inject creativity to the rest of their outdoor space. 

We added height and layers of planting to give privacy from neighbours.  

A key element of the brief was to create deliberate zones to relax and enjoy the beauty of their environment. In a quiet corner at the rear, an elegant wooden gazebo was installed, to create a sanctuary to appreciate the lush, architectural planting.  The soothing sounds of the stream ebbs alongside towards the garden pond – a calming oasis in the middle of town.

Predominantly planted throughout the garden are swathes of Hakonechloa grass which creates gentle movement and flow, tying all elements of the garden design together. 

Porcelain and Millboard composite decking have been used due to their low maintenance nature. These materials guide you around the garden, providing easy access to every area of interest.
